A very poor decision by Whitestone in the Hull Bristol C game, totally changed the game. Shame as he is a very good referee
I do agree with you having seen the replay. But when watching it during full speed, it did look a penalty and so i can see why Dean Whitestone gave it but as you say it was the wrong decision and changed the game in Hull's favour.
