When Leicester won the Premiership, in the run up wasn't Kevin Friend taken off a Spurs game, (one of their nearest rivals) to prevent any possible problems. Would Andy Madley's appointment to a Norwich game fall into the same category? Although I'm not sure I would want him replaced by the 4th official!
Since he's a Huddersfield fan and doesn't live that close to Sheffield or Leeds, I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do this game.
