Clearly Rob Jones getting the big game is the headline news. SG1 surely for him sooner rather than later.

Good games for Jones, Brooks and Webb, to a degree. Jones is clearly going to be in SG1 next season and likely one of the best in the country eventually.

Hooper and Scott in from PL. Jones with the game of the weekend. Hope they're not pushing him too quickly. Andy Davies on the big Lancs derby at Deepdale and Hooper with the Midlands derby at the Hawthorns. Webb on a sunday again? Odd, not sure as to why that game is on sunday anyway.

Keep fit Rob, we don't need the disgraceful Robinson taking over !

With a Select Group team though so not a demotion unless they have all been penalised.

Their contract is for all 4 divisions, although they are the only ones who do PL matches, their contracts clearly state they will also do Championship to League 2 games. It is NOT a demotion, it is a contractual agreement.

I didn't said that it's a demotion but it feels weird to have a FIFA AR on a Championship match.

Robinson with the first yellow card to one of the Leeds coaching staff this season... it won't be the last either...

Still fail to see what the authorities see in Robinson but he still gets the big games and even had a PL trial last season amazingly. Mind you looks like Jeremy Simpson had another interesting games today at Birmingham after his problems at Notts Forest midweek. BBC site suggesting 41 fouls so cant imagine the games flowed very much! Another Ref who seems well favoured for reasons I can’t quite fathom
