Look I really do like Andrew Kitchen as a referee but giving him another local derby. I think that’s ridiculous. They clearly see Kitchen a real SG1 next season cause he’s getting a lot of local derbies that SG1 would typically get. Why not Josh Smith or someone else? Excessive in my eyes.

More games for Herczeg and Hallam. Busby with a big game near the bottom as well. Madley returns from injury too I think

Felt sure that the Sheffield derby was going to be an SG1. Rather surprised that Andrew Kitchen has been given it but he's had some notable appointments this season so wish him well in what will be a tough game. Mr Busby's 22nd game involving Argyle. We are far and away the side he's refereed most. Don't mind him to be fair, think he's a decent referee from memory of his past games through recent years. Hopefully it's a better result than his last trip to Home Park

Pleased with another helping of SG1 for the second matchweek in a row. Agree on Kitchen. Certainly hasn't shone as brightly as the number of top derbies afforded to him this season. Steel City should also always be reserved for SG1, for me.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Kitchen was given a trial PL game this season. He seems to be on a very upward trajectory.

Decent game for Whitestone at Coventry. No sign of Ward or Macho man.

How about coincidences.

Two years ago Newcastle United reached  the League Cup Final and on the same day Coventry hosted Sunderland with the referee that day being Dean Whitestone.

Andrew kitchen on another Derby. Not sure what the powers at be see in him. Seen him 3 times this season and he’s not been great.

If Andrew Kitchen doesn't get a trial PL game towards the end of the season, I will be baffled. IPS vs LEI is GW37 and LEI vs SOU is a few weeks earlier - wouldn't be surprised if he picks up one of them.

He is excelling and I am happy for him as the derbies and big games he has got this season usually go to SG1.

No Donohue or Lewis Smith. Presuming they are both on the boards in the PL, or for Matt's case, possibly in Stockley Park. Wouldn't rule out Lewis getting another middle in the Premier League with 3 SG1 busy with the Cup Final.
