Salisbury was on VAR for the Palace v Everton Cup Tie and was instrumental in Calvert Lewins erroneous dismissal When yesterday's Brewster tackle occurred he gave a yellow card before VAR got involved
The last minute non penalty was up to his standards Before hitting Bowen's arm it struck the offending Blade on the arm
