Salisbury was on VAR for the Palace v Everton Cup Tie and was instrumental in Calvert Lewins erroneous dismissal When yesterday's Brewster tackle occurred he gave a yellow card before VAR got involved
The last minute non penalty was up to his standards Before hitting Bowen's arm it struck the offending Blade on the arm

He had a good game never eyecatching, didn't notice the caution which I consider to show his quiet control of the game without histrionics . Well done and in front of the families of Harvey, Kendall and Ball. Great tribute unveiled to those players
