Interestingly, despite there being 3rd place qualifiers, the US vs Turkey is actually a dead rubber with the US guaranteed top spot and Turkey out. It'll be interesting to see who gets that game. Ordinarily, possibly a reward for one of the support referees to get a taste of WC football. But with the US being hosts, and a vociferous crowd, it probably prevents that. Maybe one of the lower ranked/performing officials, e.g. Beida?
