26. Roger Milford. FA Cup Final Spurs v. Nott'm Forest 1991. Failed to send off Paul Gascoigne for kamikaze tackle.
f (JCFC supplementary). Robert Hoyzer. Prison sentence and life ban for match-fixing. Slightly tenuous connection with Felix Zwayer, in news more recently. No connection to Kurt Rothlisberger, though!
