An Avian Miscellany

Which birds are suggested by the following?

Part 1: Lowbrow, for us normal folk

 1. Fleetwood Mac.
 2. A Cluedo suspect.
 3. The price paid for a good shave.
 4. All too common for English batters.
 5. Granny?
 6. Hovercraft inventor.
 7. Manfred's was pretty.
 8. Running Romeo or just someone out to make trouble for the Capulets?
 9. This won't make a Summer on its own.
10. Late, in a muddle? No wonder you are feeling kind of blue.
11. A Welsh white head?
12. A cricket ball.
13, They loved being in a caravan.
14. Trump Tudor neckwear.
15. taPil.
16. A tool for removing sticky stuff?
17. Ola and Speckled goes down a treat.

 9. Ernest yearned for its wings.
10. Exhorted by Gavin to seek its brother.
11. Scott's Great hero.
12. Barry's was for a card called Jack.
13. Arthur's were pitted against strong women.
14. Helen's revelation of H.
