If all have been replaced why?

If they had have been replaced, then that info is not to be leaked, please stop asking in future.

Sorry I meant to agree - not disagree :/

Yes, it says about Pawson and co here - https://www.premierleague.com/news/1944208

It looks like what has happened is Burnley V Fulham has been removed due to postponement and they've somehow deleted the West Brom V Arsenal list of officials isntead of Burnley V Fulham (as the line-up they had down for West Brom is the same from the postponed game.)

They need to use VAR to sort out it out and give a bit of clarity!  ;D
Referee's decision used to be final!

Select group- Covid

Will the premier league be able to fit all of the postponed Covid games as well as the early rearranged games in which involved Man Utd and city as this probably might be a long season especially if we have any more Covid postponements in the future if you know what I mean

What we can say is that they'll almost certainly have fewer problems than other levels of the game given their comparatively low number of Covid postponements and the size of the division. But this probably won't dissuade them from behaving as if it's all about them.

The 2 postponed games from the start of the season involving Man City and Man United have been slotted into the 2 midweek rounds coming up.

In place of other fixtures that were already there and which will now have to be rearranged themselves, such as Liverpool v Burnley and Man U v Fulham.

I assume the Premier League are hoping/praying that any club still involved in Europe are knocked out of the FA Cup as soon as possible to help alleviate any further potential congestion.

No, Burnley V Man Utd is 12th Jan - the other two games are 20th/21st Jan.

They tend to play their kids in the cup games anyway don't they?

Yes, because on the original fixture lists, they (Liverpool v Burnley and Fulham v Man U) were on 12th/13th Jan, as there was a full Premier League programme in that midweek, as per the 2020/21 Football Yearbook (ex-Rothmans).

But now some games have been put back a week to accommodate the rearranged Man U & Man C fixtures.

TVOS- not exactly true.  The Liverpool vs Burnley game was moved by tv 2 weeks before the announcement of the Burnley vs Man Utd game. It was because of that move the rearranged game could be slotted in after Utd went to the PL to tell them that we both had a spare mid week. Burnley vs Fulham will be played on one of the nights of the CL or if both teams go out the fa cup I’d imagine.

The affected teams will just need to play three games a week if push comes to shove.  Not ideal, but there is no other option with the Euros looming.
