hooper still reffing in championship despite having been promoted to select group kavanagh should have had the Leicester game and would have not booked gray as game being first scene owner died scott still not up to reffing a premier league fixture properly so stuck in lower league

1. As you have been told several times select group referees are contracted to referee in all 4 divisions and not just the premier league, the premier league also have a legal obligation to provide a set number of referees appointed in football league games every week. There are only 10 PL games on any given match day so not all select groups can be allocated a PL game.
2. Kavanagh is required to uphold the laws of the game, as is every other referee, including mandatory bookings, whatever the circumstances and a failure to do so would not not bode well for his future, I sincerely doubt he would deliberately fail to give a mandatory booking out of sentiment.
3. Graham Scott has been out injured, it is perfectly normal for any SG ref who has been out injured to be eased back into games in a lower division. It has been standard practice for years.
4. Don't be so disrespectful to the football league. There is life outside of the PL, it is not the be all and end all.

Do you ever feel you’re talking to yourself?

Far too frequently! There again I tend to get more sensible replies when I do actually talk to myself...
Hajrá Lilák. Csak a Kispest. Hajrá Magyarok! Hajrá játékvezetői csapat! Soha ne add fel. Nincs sárga kérem!!! No Chris Kavanagh doesn't live in Ashton or even in the Greater Manchester area!!

You're not being picked-up on your opinions, but instead the same inaccuracies you keep posting, despite being told you're wrong!

Mr Mason again, second time in 3 home games, unimaginative appointment. Hoping they are not saving Altrincham Ant to inflict on us in the Manc derby.

Mr Kavanagh was also 4O in a previous City game, maybe the last one v Burnley. It was reported on the predecessor site that he supported a non-league team, maybe Stalybridge or one of the Ashton sides?

Presume you have seen the appointments now Boz - clearly we didnt pray hard enough

You are quite correct with one thing and that is you have an opinion, despite being told many times that you are incorrect on this issue you persist in posting incorrect information, your posting style is also becoming confrontational so may I suggest if you dislike being ‘told off’ that you refrain from picking arguments with fellow posters .  Should you continue to do so you are likely to find your posts being edited .
Opinion is welcomed but persistent posting of incorrect and disrespectful information will not be tolerated.
