For the last couple of weeks there has been an Andrew Halliday appointed to referee in the South of Scotland League. Given that he was born in Galloway, and was once seen listed in a programme as being from Gretna, could this be the reason, whether temporarily or permanently? Or maybe just coincidence?
And a certain Stephen Child is a current Observer on Step 2.
