Isn't Jarred Gillett a Liverpool fan?

Surprised he has Man United vs Aston Villa

If Liverpool win tonight Villa will be one point ahead in direct competition for a europa league spot?

Not heard anything to suggest that. Think he moved up to Merseyside when he came to the UK from Australia in 2019 for a PhD at John Moores, but nothing to suggest support for either Merseyside club. Don't think where one lives has a basis for being appointed to officiate certain teams

It has been mentioned publicly he is a Liverpool fan, not seen him or the PGMOL confirm it to be a fact though

Hajrá Lilák. Csak a Kispest. Hajrá Magyarok! Hajrá játékvezetői csapat! Soha ne add fel. Nincs sárga kérem!!! No Chris Kavanagh doesn't live in Ashton or even in the Greater Manchester area!!

He has never officiated a Liverpool or Everton game either. Neither have Jones/ Bankes or Ian Hussin.

Happy with Attwell for the Fulham game.

I'd rather have declared Liverpool fan Jarred Gillett than Attwell tbh!

no game again for Harrington so on var/4th official duties instead surely he's got to have another game before the seasons out

no sign of bond or Robinson but hopefully 1 of them or both will go up the ladder to select group

and no sign off bramall or poss Scott

Harrington is injured.

Also does anyone know for definite what his situation is. Its really saddening as he was one of the best refs pre WC, and was starting to get consistent weekly PL games, a lot of which were on TV. He could've been up where the likes of Jones is atm without this :(

Is Harrington injured, or 'injured' like other refs have been this season?

It's very strange. It must be a very bad injury/illness because he only returned to VAR in February and has been stuck there since. Hopefully he'll be back next season. A return this year looks all but impossible.

I will say though, he's flourished on VAR. He's became one of the more trusted ones and gets at least 1 sometimes 2 games A weekend.

Referees get injured just as players do.  Obviously they aren't likely to get impact injuries, but are just as likely to get hamstring strains, calf tears, etc.

Has bmb been writing the appointments?!
Kavanagh and Marriner at Bournemouth! That is a big match too.

I write that ever week but someone else comes along and rubs it out - I used permanent ink this week! They changed my ARs though...

Well of course it's a big game, I shall be there observing team ref and inspecting for any hints of the colour not to be named anywhere!

Someone has decided to make missy bmb a very happy lady at last,
Need ghe yellow shirts to remain at home and Just hope Bournemouth turn up too.

About blimmin time too!!  The no vile shirt warning will be delivered with strong advice it has best be adhered to when I'm within slapping range!

Hope the kitman remembers to pack our defence back onto the bus after the Saints game although I'll not hold my breath! That's of course assuming that they'll even make it there in the first place!

Thank you appointment peeps - you are awesome! Big hugs from Missy bmb

I'd say it was a very happy day at AFCB today. However, was y***** worn?

Nope! He wore blue.  Put in an excellent shift as well. Haven't seen or heard one negative comment anywhere.
