Mason replaced by John Brooks today for Liverpool game, apparently picked up an injury yesterday
Did I not hear somewhere that Lee was accidentally bowled over early in the game at WBA and it was thought that this might have affected his confidence and performance? I didn't see the collision on MOTD or evidence during the game that he was hurt, but perhaps he really is injured rather than using injury as an excuse to step aside today.
