Really good game for Probert - good to see him being used for the third Premier League game in a row. Must be the first time in a while.

Oliver gets his second big 6 V big 6 game of the season already (and second Liverpool match).

Don't think Marriner or Taylor have anything on the Saturday - I guess they will maybe be acting as VARs for the trials that are to take place (though won't be live so won't have any impact on the decisions made).

East is back in League 1.

Good to see Probert and Scott continue a little run of PL middles , depending which Mike Dean turns up I should be happy enough

Surprised Attwell has another game as his last outing was far from convincing

Attwell for our damage limitation match at the Etihad. Grandad East is back with a pretty good top of the table clash so will probably be at AFCB in the next few weeks claiming his parking space.

No, this is his third Premier League game of the season - he sent off Jamie Vardy (quite correctly) in his last match.

Presumably he was just on holiday for a few weeks.

Indeed. One of the great mysteries of the PGMOL world along with why Tim Robinson was invited for interview too. Bizarre.
