Decent first set of appointments for me, nice mix of the experienced referees with some of the previously lesser used/newer ones like Hooper and Jones.  The huge amount of experience that left at the end of last season means this is a big season for the likes of Madley, Coote, England, Hooper and Jones who will need to take on bigger roles in the PL this season.  I can see this being a big season for Jarred as well, if he continues his form from the first season, I can see him becoming a regular feature this season.

Great that Madley gets a TV game, and Jones/Gillett have PL appointments.

Seems like Cardiff have attracted the attention of the PGMOL after what happened last week against Norwich although i'm sure it won't be as feisty for Darren England as it was for Tim Robinson last week

Happy with Madley for our return to the top flight. Ł90 for a ticket is a little harsh so I’ll be watching from the nearest place that involves alcoholic beverages.

No surprise one of the big hitters opens up proceedings this season.

Aside from that, I’m hoping we actually get to get Michael Oliver at the cottage this season unlike the last time we were in SG1 territory.

Marriner will be at both our grounds this season, hopefully he’ll get the AFCB v Fulham game!

Robert Jones refereeing LEEWOL just the same as the 1-1 at Elland Road last season. He also was 4th officials at Leeds roughly half of our home games so I wonder how much more we will see him at Elland Road this year
