Think I read somewhere that Mike Dean was living in North Wales now?

He did the reverse fixture, sending off Delph, which was generally accepted to be the correct decision and I didn't hear much critical comment about his handling of that game. However it would have been a safer option not to give him this game for the reasons stated.

Not saying there is anything wrong with him doing the fixture but the context of the title race means I think it is an unwise appointment on this occasion. Remember the maxim about justice not just being done but seen to be done.

Let's hope it all goes smoothly and there's no controversy
