The general rule for results being expunged is that it is only done if less than 75% of games have been played and after that point games are awarded. Not sure if this applies in the EFL though..

From your user name, I suspect your team is Accrington Stanley, who were the last club to resign from the Football League. They had played 33 of the 46 (nearly 72%) of their fixtures and all records were expunged

If my memory serves me right, Stockport County were the biggest losers due to the void records. They had taken fuˇl points from the two league games but Stanley had despatched them from the FA Cup in the first round.

Aldershot were the last club to resign mid-season in 1991/92. Maidstone then resigned before the next season started.

I stand to be corrected but I believe Aldershot were expelled rather than a voluntary resignation

"Obliged to resign" according to Wikipedia, which I suppose covers all possibilities.

Bolton v Brentford now confirmed for next Tuesday, 7th May, as allowed for under current rules. It is not clear yet whether Tony Harrington will be in charge again but he is not out on Championship duties on Sunday, so may well be at Bolton on Tuesday.

Although there is no commitment for Bolton to play the match if they are in administration.  Unsurprisingly Laurence Bassini's takeover has just been announced as off and the EFL have advised against making travel plans until Friday for the Brentford match.  Plenty of drama but not looking good for Bolton supporters and those that work at the club at present.

According to sky news on twitter the game v Brentford has been scrapped and Brentford awarded 1-0 win and three points.

Any feedback on how Jarred went for his first Championship match at Ewood Pk?

No negative reports which is a good sign. People are very quick to point out any poor performance so perhaps an indicated he did well.
