Darren England seems to be a blue eyed boy at present so I doubt any sanction will follow. Having made the howler of the season in Derbys 3rd round F A Cup game last January he got away with it Scot free and was rewarded with promotion to the PL
For me, he is a really good referee, and there is no need to punish someone for that, especially if they bounce back with a great performance. i saw this video a few months ago that Mike Riley explained his thinking regarding decisions. He said that sometimes it best to let them get back out there and make up for it and sometimes it is not due to how major the mistake was.
