Depends what way you look at it. You could argue that if he gets a televised game the week after that the powers that be agreed with his interpretation of the incident?

I wouldn't have thought a Premier League VAR decision would have a major bearing on a Championship appointment the following weekend, especially as the appointments were probably already in place.

Again, depends how you look at it. If the powers that be really thought he made such a significant error, then I wouldn't have expected to see him this weekend, let alone with a televised game.
