I think it would be fitting to appoint Lloyds and Evans to the Bob Willis trophy final at Lord's - definitely a great way to end their careers!

Totally agree, this is ridiculous, Burns and Millns have not umpired a single match in this years tournament yet they get appointed to finals day. Meanwhile, Wharf and Saggers have only done two each prior to today. This does not send out a good message to the county umpires.

This is the exact same lineup from 2018, whilst last year the only change was Bailey was there instead of Burns.

Sorry but I despair 🤬. A slap in the face for the County umpiring faithful and a chance blown to send Jeremy Lloyds and Jeff Evans (who i suspect has never had a Final of any sort) into retirement on a positive and grateful note. Pathetic, unimaginative, predictable.m
