Good to see a couple of new faces involved today - and no sign of Neil Mallender!

Yes good to see the finals day appointments freshened up this year. Burns has had a big rise this year, don't recall him having many if any TV games last year and no knockout matches and this year he has already done the one day cup semi final and now finals day. One to watch I think, this is only his third season on the full list too.

Great to see some fresh faces. Alex Wharf for me is one of the best umpires in this country right now and will surely be elite pane before his career is through! And Mike Burns gets a very well earned reward for a superb season!

Good luck to all

Well done to Martin Saggers on his first domestic final.  Wharf didn't have the best match in the semi final - hope he's back to his best this evening.

Agreed it is good to see new faces though this was Wharf’s 3rd T20 Finals day in a row
