Congratulations to Ruchira Palliyaguruge on making his test debut. It’s been clear for some time that the ICC rate him as an official. Also really good to see Wilson and Gough given further tests - 2 candidates for the elite panel should there be any changes after the World Cup!!
As a separate issue, condolences to David Boon whose mother passed away whilst he was refereeing the 1st test between Bangladesh and West Indies.
