Welcome to RTR. Head on over to General Discussion and jump right in! As AFA says, it's a bit quiet at the moment - not much in the way of football/refereeing to discuss at the moment I guess.
If you get stuck or need any help then just holler in the direction of any of the admin team. Ben & I are the site owners/senior admin but we have a great admin team, one of whom is normally about - Charlie is probably the most active.
