I maybe didn’t phrase it very well, but for me attacker under pressure from defender running towards defenders, he is fouled. He’s getting a free shot with a wall a set distance away in return. Not like he is away from his man and held back. Nothing cynical in the foul. Just a careless foul.

It was never SPA, but I'm pretty sure Bellingham sarcastically clapped after the ref gave the foul. Would be a brave ref to 2nd yellow for that at the world cup though!

I have not seen every game, but I cannot remember a player being sent off for two yellow cards in this WC.  Has there been any?
