i suppose taylor oliver and some other big hitters will be in action when the nations league campaign starts

I hope so. It's a good tournament and deserves the best referees. I'm sure in the earlier stages some of the younger/inexperienced refs will take the bigger games - Turpin from France as well as Taylor/Oliver. It might on paper be a friendly tournament but I'm pretty sure the teams will be taking it seriously. I can't wait for it to start.
