"No further feedback on a lie detector test, just a comment of clear mistake, missed penalty and YC"

Sorry bmb, I'm not clear who's making that comment - Russia, Journalists, U.E.F.A. ?

Sorry Ref Fan my unclear writing - I meant from the journalists I have been speaking with. They are the same guys who have told me many times of the time, date, place, who will be present etc for the ones the Russian refs have been subjected too and the results, well before they become public & have always been spot on with their info. One of them was quite concerned when he phoned me last night, he'd just come out of the post match briefing with the Russia manager & members of the Russian Federation & was concerned the effect of them pushing for this would have on Russia as a whole. He's been calling me between meetings keeping me updated but hasn't mentioned a lie detector test taking place. Via him I gather the Russian Federation have concluded there was a clear error and that was their basis for wanting a lie detector test.

Like you say nothing in any summary reports and I have been racking my brain trying to think of an incident.  I've spoken to about 10 Hungarian press guys, some of who were there, others who were watching the TV channel feed and none of them can remember anything happening as described by the Russians. Our TV guys might not be so good at getting decent angles but they're very good at doing replays of incidents and I don't recall any. Like I said above the Fiola tackle was replayed about 15 times and that was as stonewalled as they come, as our commentators pointed out, so they'd have done the same with anything controversial.
Hajrá Lilák. Csak a Kispest. Hajrá Magyarok! Hajrá játékvezetői csapat! Soha ne add fel. Nincs sárga kérem!!! No Chris Kavanagh doesn't live in Ashton or even in the Greater Manchester area!!
