I think Kuipers, Brych or Cakir are the most likely candidates.
Hungary can have Karasev on MD 1 or 3. I shall pass the idea on a certain Greek Prince (the other one).
IMO Brych is the best candidate. He already had an England-Wales match on 2016 UEFA Euro.
