As some may remember, Aleksey Es'kov took a temporary break from refereeing after the 'lie detector' scandal of a few months ago.  As far as I know, he has not yet resumed his activities.

Will he stay on the FIFA list?

According to the web-site of he Russian FA he is not on the list for 2021.  He has been replaced by Pavel Kukuyan.

Strange that Rosetti is observing Kuipers... Kuipers has nothing to prove to the committee regarding his superb talents.

Maybe a little look and chat with him ahead of the Euros?

Euro final for Kuipers? Certainly a possibility. A perfect way to retire.

Both are expected appointments.

Makkelie with his 7th CL appointment this season (5 Group Stage, 1 R16, 1 P.O). Really impressive.

Just heard a podcast with Andy Madley - Taylor was due to do Barcelona v PSG and Oliver was due to do Sevilla v Dortmund until lockdown restrictions meant they could no longer go (as it would've meant 8 referees and numerous ARs in quarantine on their return).

So UEFA could have swapped the refereeing teams from the 2nd to the 1st leg, giving time to Taylor and Oliver to be available for the return legs.

Very interesting greeny, I'm actually quite surprised that Madley revealed that!

Would you by any chance have a link to the podcast, I'd be interested to hear it if you think its worth a listen? Tks
