I would expect to see brych and Orsato out this week maybe Turpin as well

I'd agree with that. Seems as if English refs are out at the moment due to travel restrictions. Will be interesting to see what game Orsato gets if he is appointed, considering his performance in Man Utd v PSG before Christmas maybe he would be more deserving of a EL appointment rather than CL game?

Excuse my ignorance, but would the restrictions in Scotland prevent Willie Collum from getting an appointment? (I think much more likely EL than CL)

I don’t think UEFA would appoint Collum.. yes because of the Covid but also he hasn’t had much experience of VAR ( I can only recall two or three matches where he’s had big brother watching).

Portuguese officials would be inactive as well I’d guess given the Brazilian variant.

True Collum probably has been limited by his lack of VAR experience. I actually rate Collum but I think he is somewhat inconsistent, on his day excellent but I dare say of late it probably hasn't been his day often enough! He was lucky to avoid demotion at Christmas IMO and I wonder what plans UEFA have for him in the future
