From memory, Zwayer was the only German referee listed on the long list posted for World Cup 2022 but not sure how in favour he is - do you think one of the current first category German referees has any chance for that tournament?
If Stieler is promoted now, I can see him getting on the 2022 WC pre-list (even though a source said that they reviewed the list a few weeks back without any change for UEFA).
Zwayer is having a difficult season in UEFA. If he wasn't German, then he would have been out of the pre-list already.
