Big committee members out here
These tournaments are almost exclusively observed by the senior figures in the committee. It’s a starting point to see what the future looks like in three to five years time with the up and coming officials.
Lord Elleray has been known to appear regularly at these tournaments as an observer.
I’m a big fan of letexier think he could go far and Scharer has had some good appointments. Pejlto I’ve seen a couple of times and been impressed.
