The reason of the change? Injury?

So this might be a silly question but I will ask anyway. Would a referee from any federation be given a game in a group that has a team from their home federation in it? I'm pretty sure none of our Hungarian refs would referee Fradi for example but would they get a game in the same group as Fradi?

In the past years, it happened only in last matchday when the group was already decided.

I wonder why Aytekin is being observed by Rosetti. Scharer with an important observer too at the Emirates.

Good game for Attwell, and no surprise Pawson is appointed given his team in Sunday at Leicester. Both have insignificant observers.

So Rosetti can finally see what a poor referee he is and his elite status is no longer justified so his demotion to cat 1 can finally happen!

Games for Pawson and Attwell, and good to see Coote and A Madley as FOs. I'd guess there's a decent chance Coote might get his FIFA badge come January - I'd guess Hooper won't be getting that honour imminently.

I'm not sure what A Madley's teaching commitments are these days or if he is concentrating pretty much solely on refereeing. If he is willing then perhaps a FIFA badge could follow for him come the start of 2021. I do fear this might mean that Madley will again not have a PL game this coming weekend.
