Currently Portugal are not on the UK go list so that would affect any returning to UK after (or so I understand)
Can see that changing when the government get politely told by UEFA, Prem league, BT etc
Kuipers has been refereeing games across Europe, invited by other countries. That cannot be a coincidence.
With the majority of the "big" leagues in action and enough football elsewhere for the likes of Cakir and Skomina I think it will be a highly rated group of officials who end up in Portugal
