What's happened to Cakir? He doesn't seem to have had a UEFA appointment for ages but has continued refereeing in Turkey I believe?
Regarding Taylor/Oliver, I have always tended to rate significantly higher but in fairness I think Taylor has kicked on a lot over the past season and has performed well in his UEFA appointments (as has Oliver from what I've seen.)
