Also I dont think Taylor has had an incident in a high profile games as Oliver did (even though it was correct, powerful forces abound in UEFA)
If that really is the case (and I have no reason to doubt it) then it is a very sad and worrying situation because Oliver was brave and correct in sending Buffon off. For the powers that be in the corridors of FIFA to hold this against him is nothing short of criminal
