Mick Bailey had a fine refereeing career on Football League, along with Cliff Maskell who did some very high profile matches! We’ve also had Darren Deadman who resided in Doddington near Chatteris. Other than AR’s (Chris Francis, Michael McPherson, Marc Wilson, Ant DaCosta & Martyn Holmes wherever he is?!) Cambs are very lacking in officials at the top.

Gary Lewis we won’t mention!

A top performance once again from Gillet. Great spot for the penalty and good teamwork with Davies as there was a slight delay till he gave it. Surely he must start highly than Cat 2 on FIFA where all the “New” English Officials start….

What about the AR’s? I’m not overally familiar with the AR’s but know that Marc Wilson & Martyn Holmes haven’t had any matches. Also I don’t think I have seen Gareth Viccars name yet either….

My first “Live” match in a while, and was looking forward to watching Charles perform.

First half and very impressed. Communication is superb, players respect him and dealt with the flashpoint calmly. Was funny to think the United fans thought Honeyman had escaped a yellow when it was in his hand all along 😂
