30 hours later I still don’t get how it wasn’t a penalty. Clearly moved his hand to the ball. Then again when you see it’s David Coote on VAR he might as well have caught it. As usual rather than making the right decision just like in Friday at Villa park, VAR officials finding every way to say it’s not a clear error and back up the on-field referee.
Other than that thought Chris Kavanagh was excellent and he even showed some common sense to not send Saka off. wow! Referees have this? A certain colleague earlier in the day could have done with some.
Kavanagh should really get a cup final this year but don’t be surprised when it’s Bankes and Coote on EFFECTIVE L and FA.
the both deserve the badges but do other assistants have to step down to do so?if so I can Constantine hatzidakis being the first one as he dosent seem to get any international appointments.
Both James Mainwaring and Dan Robathan deserve the badge, with the former having done a uel group stage game this season
Constantine Hatzadakis will most likely step down and I think Harry Lennard should as well as he doesn’t really get appointments and doesn’t seem to get many good ones in the league either
