We will have to disagree then because I actually think he plays the ball first, Watkins leaves his leg in to make sure he gets caught so it looks like a penalty from behind. England was too far away IMO to make a clear judgement

At the ground at the time of the incident watching England viewing the screen i said to other supporters around me he is going to stick with his original decision here.
