Ball was in play for less than a minute of the 4, had to be at least an extra 2. Extremely poor from the referee.

Thought Martin Woods was excellent in the Nene derby yesterday. Managed the game really well and AR2 with a fantastic spot for the goal.

Re. Hartlepool v Northampton.
Poor day for Mr Kirk and his team but clearly a referee with potential but possibly fasttracked too quickly.
The forearm smash on Jack Sowerby was clearly and quite obviously a red card. The PGMOL must have been praying for a quiet NTFC game given the Aaron McGowan travesty last week.

Anybody know who the 4th official at Northampton was today? Certainly didn’t look like a Wayne. Also AR1 really let the referee down with a terrible red card spot and 4 or 5 clear missed offsides
