I was on a game once where a substitute hopped over the barrier to urinate at the back of the stand. The observer on the day supported a RC and said that any public order/arrestable offence should be a red card but as you say there is nothing in LOTG to show this.

He has already had 4 cup ties this season involving premier league teams (3 x all premier league clubs) and is now AR on Tottenham v Brentford.

VARs are *mostly* operated from Nyon, Switzerland these days. A few exceptions exist where the stadiums are not currently compatible with VAR, such as Barcelona's temporary stadium. In these cases a VAR will be based in a van at the stadium - I suspect those with matching nationality for infield/var team will be located at the ground but that is only my guess

No, County FA's simply nominate candidates for appointment. All fixtures are appointed from Wembley
