PGMOL should respect Spurs fans and the manager and players not wanting Mike Dean refereeing them by creating a new SG4 list to referee future matches at White Hart Lane.

Chris Kavanagh had a poor weekend all round. Generally considered wrong to advise Martin Atkinson to downgrade the red card to a yellow then missed a penalty for Brighton and failed to disallow the first Millwall goal.
