Was the fact that play continued and a RC retrospectively awarded, with the goal standing the right course of action here?
It seems a tad harsh on Southampton that the goal stood, and the player sent off.

Just asking btw. Not trying to be facetious here.

Yeah I think so, because it's almost like 'playing advantage' and coming back to red. Which obviously you'd never do as the on-field referee, but VAR affords them that luxury.
