Title: RTR Veterans
Post by: bmb on Tue 28 Aug 2018 12:38
Those of you who were RTR veterans at the old site - I have made a new member group for you on here and moved you over into it.  You may or may not have noticed that you now show in a light blue colour on the users online list etc instead of red. I haven't changed post counts but you at least now show as veterans. I felt this appropriate as you had earned that in the old forum

Thank you!

I (almost) always prefer blue to red.

Thanks  for  introducing me to what appears to be an improved site.
May I point out that I am a Vet not a newbie. As suggested in your email I have re-registered with a new "identity"  using ne wname, password and email address. I hope this does not deprive me of wonderful benefits!!
Do you want or need details from previous site?

Purely out of interest, what makes one a veteran on this esteemed board? ;D

Good question, is it on time served or number of posts?

It was on posts at the old forum but personally I think it longevity should also come into it!

If you feel you deserve veteran status drop me a pm and I'll have a look at post numbers/time of insanity as a member of the board/contributions made etc. and tell you either yes or no. All bottles of pálinka gratefully received - my fav is Fütyülős apple and cinnamon - beautiful

Hi Gayle, when I look at this post it says "I am not authorised to view attachments" where you have posted an image I guess. Is this a setting that needs to be changed by me or by admins? Ta
