How thats not a penalty is anyones guess maybe whoever was on VAR was so fixated on how good Mike Dean and Mark Scholes were that they forgot they had their own game to watch  ;)

Krul wasnt in an offside position so he cannot be penalised lol.

Really cant ustand why brooks didnt request an ofr, unless of course Hooper told him he saw what happened.
