Yes, Andy was in charge when I last saw the Alex in L2, a 3-1 win v Stevenage, the weekend before the first lockdown. He had a decent game. I hope to be there again on Saturday and hope for a similar result, with Andy visiting Gresty Road in the future in L1 rather than L2

No yellow cards for two seemingly cynical fouls by Barrow defenders as Walsall attackers broke into the penalty area, the only possible reason was they were in the first 15-20 mins of the game? Then his first card was only a yellow when he could/should have shown a red for DOGSO as a Barrow defender tripped a Walsall forward when beating the last defender. His next touch would have been in open space bearing down on goal and 5 yards ahead of the last defender, albeit 35 yards from goal, but without doubt a goal scoring opportunity.
After then having such a high card threshold for the first 30mins, decides to caution 4 or 5 other players during the rest of the game for fairly innocuous fouls, including the 2 Barrow defenders from very earlier on who probably wouldn't have even committed the later fouls had they been yellow carded in the first 20 mins! One yellow was for what I assume he deemed to be delaying a throw in but was a player trying to retrieve the ball for what he thought was a free kick for handball after no assistant flag or referee's whistle for the ball being out of play.
Would have expected must better from one of the more experienced in the EFL list, especially in what was not really the most difficult game to referee.

Haines is another referee who is well past his sell by date unfortunately. Should have gone years ago
I was quite nervous when I saw he was down to referee our game on Tuesday night, but he was decent with no real controversies.

Plus most grounds have a match clock or even the exact time. KO at 3pm, clock reads 15:44 as you go to blow ur whistle, surely you ask your team before you blow half time?
