I managed to find the details of referees for all of the Conference/ NL play-off finals but I am missing ARs and 4ths from 2003-04 to 2011-12 inclusive. Any assistance would be appreciated

C.J. Knowles (Northamptonshire) was a Football League assistant referee between 2008 or 2009 and 2015.  As a referee he was promoted to Level 2 in 2010 and served as a 2a official between 2011 and 2015.
