Linesmen - Williams Frederick "Fred" C. (Oxford) and Брансден Л. (?)

Quite a lot of discussion about Fred Williams on this forum some months ago. JT was looking for his forename.

I have since discovered that there are folks in Oxford who remember Fred Williams as an active referee, as he was still officiating in the 1970's. It is believed that he was previously a Royal Navy man, who arrived in Oxford from Plymouth.
