05/03/1975 Anderlecht v Leeds: linesmen — Messrs Bind & Karner.
No initials or first names, I'm afraid: the francophone Belgians don't believe in them.

Incidentally, the footballfacts.ru web-site, from where I took this information, says that the match took place on 19 March and that the game on 5 March was played in Leeds.  A ticket reproduced on the site also gives the date as 19 March (http://old.footballfacts.ru/matches/237168-anderleht-anderleht-lids-yunajted-lids-01).  But be warned that the site is in Russian!

Home programme only gives the referee - Rudi Glockner, and states that the same team of three would control both legs

But Paul Schiller refereed the second leg, he was assisted by Gunther Bind and Herman Karner

I am able to help fill the gaps for the following European matches:

06/10/1965 Torino v Leeds linesmen  - Linesmen were Italian (not Dutch)
https://www.delpher.nl/nl/kranten/view?coll=ddd&query=%28roomer+++leeds%29&cql%5B%5D=%28date+_gte_+%2206-09-1965%22%29&cql%5B%5D=%28date+_lte_+%2208-10-1965%22%29&redirect=true&sortfield=date&identifier=KBPERS01:002807019:mpeg21:a00194&resultsidentifier=KBPERS01:002807019:mpeg21:a00194

24/11/1965 SC Leipzig v Leeds linesmen - Max Schellenberg and Albert Weber (taken from a German magazine)

16/02/1966 Valencia v Leeds linesmen – Linesmen were French

12/09/1968 Ferencvaros v Leeds linesmen – Ulrich Wolf and Franz Heumann
http://fc-dynamo.ru/eurocup/prot.php?id=196820940
https://www.sport.de/fussball/deutschland-bundesliga/se2590/19671968/schiedsrichter/

04/02/1969 Hannover 96 v Leeds linesmen – Jan Regtop and Joop Bentvelzen
https://www.delpher.nl/nl/kranten/view?coll=ddd&query=%28dorpmans+++leeds%29&cql%5B%5D=%28date+_gte_+%2210-01-1969%22%29&cql%5B%5D=%28date+_lte_+%2205-02-1969%22%29&redirect=true&sortfield=date&identifier=ddd:011015441:mpeg21:a0362&resultsidentifier=ddd:011015441:mpeg21:a0362

19/03/1969 Ujpest Dozsa v Leeds linesmen – Franz Wengenmayer and Rudolf Frickel
https://www.magyarfutball.hu/en/merkozesek/1969-03-19/ujpest-leeds

01/10/1969 Lyn Oslo v Leeds linesmen – Marcel Zeimes and Fernand Hilger  (taken from programme)

24/03/1971 Vitoria Setubal v Leeds linesmen – Marul Schnewler and Aurelio Antonietti
http://casacomum.org/cc/visualizador?pasta=06809.159.25423#!21
Neither name has been verified. The former name doesn’t look right at all. The later name looks Swiss Italian in structure.

28/05/1971 Juventus v Leeds linesmen – Theo Boosten and Joop Vervoort
http://leiden.courant.nu/issue/LD/1971-05-27/edition/0/page/23

Names in italics have not been verified for their correct spelling

Is anybody able to confirm if any referees / linesmen details are recorded in the following programmes or are they blank/missing?
03/10/1967 – Spora v Leeds
15/09/1970 – Sarpsborg v Leeds
04/11/1970 – Dynamo Dresden v Leeds
09/12/1970 – Sparta Praha v Leeds

When researching foreign officials, where the main or only source is taken from the match programme it is worth bearing in mind that, where possible, these should be checked / verified for their correct spellings.

The following is a list where (I believe) the details given in the match programme should be amended:

24/05/1967 – Kilmarnock v Leeds  - Joseph Minnoy and Leon Gyselinck
26/03/1968 – Rangers v Leeds - L. Szabó (I haven’t been able to find the forename for ‘L’ but there was a Kálmán Szabó who was refereeing around this period) and possibly Walter Gallmann . The initial ‘H’ given in the programme may refer to Herr (Mr).
01/05/1968 – Dundee v Leeds – ‘Jarlein’ Picker should be Karl-Heinz Picker
15/04/1970 – Celtic v Leeds – Lintz may possibly be Wolfgang Linz ?
01/12/1965 – Leeds v Leipzig – Barmentilo should be Barmentlo
27/04/1966 – Leeds v Real Zaragoza – both linesmen are prefixed ‘H’. Most likely this refers to Herr (Mr). Should be Karl-Heinz Fork and Berthold Schmidt
11/05/1966 – Leeds v Real Zaragoza – Curt Liedberg and Gösta Färm
19/05/1967 – Leeds v Kilmarnock – Henk van der Veer
06/09/1967 – Leeds v Dynamo Zagreb – Giuliano Acernese and Francesco De Robbio
20/12/1967 – Leeds v Hibernian - James Lawther
15/05/1968 – Leeds v Dundee – Tjeerd Elsinga
23/10/1968 – Leeds v Standard Liege – Vagn Bramming Sřrensen
13/11/1968 - Leeds v Napoli – programme = Miehsner - Nothing found for this name. Possibly could be Kurt Niesner.
18/03/1970 – Leeds v Standard Liege – Riccardo Lattanzi
29/09/1970 – Leeds v Sarpsborg – António Saldanha Ribeiro
21/10/1970 – Leeds v Dynamo Dresden - Marcel Raeymaekers
10/03/1971 – Leeds v Vitoria Setubal - Schultz – possibly could be Hans Schulz?

29/09/1971 Leeds v SK Lierse linesmen - programme = J. H. Yates (Redditch) and J. P. Greenwood (Chester). J. H. Yates - forename = John. Don't know the forename for J. P. Greenwood

23/10/1974 Ujpest Dozsa v Leeds linesmen  - On the attached link it looks like Schaffner and Betz
https://www.magyarfutball.hu/en/merkozesek/1974-10-23/ujpest-leeds

Betz is probably Alfons Betz
https://www.weltfussball.de/schiedsrichter_profil/alfons-betz/

Couldn't find anything for Schaffner.  However, there was a Manfred Scheffner, which could be the correct name / linesmen ?
