With that spelling perhaps Arthur Holland is the elusive "H"

Mr Holland's linesmen were Konstantin Žečević and Arthur (or Antoine) Blavier of Belgium.

I do not have any idea about the gentleman on the left, but the tall man on the right looks like Konstantin Zekovic of Yugoslavia, though my spelling may not be 100% accurate!

Thank you JCFC. That's definately Konstantin Zecevic.

I'm wondering who the two linesmen were for the Argentina v W Germany match (posted by spk on p1). The tall chap on the right has a rather British look about him, with long white turnovers to his socks. Looks a little bit like the late Prince Philip! Is it Hugh Philips of Scotland by any chance or my other (non-British) guess - Bertil Loow of Sweden? The little linesman tucked behind Argentina captain Rattin has no white turnovers, hence probably not one of the British contingent. Campos of Portugal or Marques of Brazil by any chance? Thoughts welcome. With Rattin present, no wonder Zecevic needed a police escort at the end!

The Albrecht rugby tackle on Haller at 0.28 here (not even a caution)

and the Albrecht sending off tackle at 0.25 here (looks like you can only see this FIFA version on youtube itself)
